 As a founding partner and the CEO of 1ONEFirm, Inc., Brian is responsible for developing strategic growth initiatives for the company and overseeing the organizational structure of the business. Brian formulates both short-term and long-term goals for the business both from an operational and strategic financial perspective. Brian brings an integrated approach to clients and partnerships with his combined vision for commercial real estate opportunities, a design-build strategy that helps move projects forward, and the execution and delivery for respective clients. Brian has extensive experience on the capital structure side of the process to help bridge teams on the lending and capital side of a transaction. His decades of building experience from pre-construction, construction management, and finish-out make for a truly dynamic leader in this sector.

As a founding partner and the COO of 1ONEFirm, Inc., Clay is responsible for the strategic growth of the company and works directly with our clients and partnership teams to maintain project momentum and successful operations both internally and externally for ONEFirm. Clay serves as a dedicated leader to each phase of the commercial construction process and focuses on the creation of strong client interaction, successful project teams, field leadership direction and support for the company. Clay, alongside his partner Brian, each shares a vision for ONEFirm, which is to create a culture and a climate that seeks unique opportunities to form successful capital structures, designed for both land acquisitions and commercial developments, that allow for a design-build construction process all the way across the finish line for our partnership teams.
